Fresh sushi - every time I eat here, I would like to order a boat set of mixed fresh sushi Cheese grilled oysters are a bit fatty and creamy. One dish is enough, plate is usually 5 This branch is always crowded, each time eating to the rush hour (from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm) is usually waiting for you to wait. Cozy and luxurious space. Located at the intersection of the long chain, the restaurant enjoys 2 fronts overlooking the very favorable SG street.

Definitely good sushi and sashimi! Fresh and delicious! Yet, service could have been better trained! Their staffs are young, perhaps mostly part time! Very under-trained and inexperienced!

Even during covid crisis. Food still very fresh and well presented, only this time service level has dropped due to less staff. Hope we well find back the service quality as before. Highly Recommended

I heard that the restaurant was very divine, so I stopped by Saigon even though I was in a hurry. The shop is a bit difficult to find because Phan Xich Long street is odd and even jumps out, it turns out the shop is located at the station of the gas station next to the even number. I arrived at 2pm but the shop is still crowded. The decoration style is somewhat similar to Japan but just like other Japanese restaurants in Vietnam. Good service, you staff are very dedicated and attentive. If it is slow or fast, it is not very care because when eating, you should enjoy it slowly. Food is very diverse, must give 5 stars. Outside of Hanoi, there are really not many such diverse sashimi shops. I ordered sashimi, sushi and crab, I don't remember. In fact, if compared to other restaurants in Vietnam, I think it is delicious, you cannot compare with Japan in terms of freshness and sweetness of fish, softness and tan of sashimi. Sushi was like the other too, nothing outstanding. The crab we eat is the queen crab. If I'm not mistaken, the shop will boil it first and then put it in the refrigerator. The customers called out to grill and stab the meat, not highlighting the queen crab taste, making me feel more like grilled Ca Mau. Mixed drinks can be used. The price is more expensive than other shops.

Hokkaido is a great franchise for japanese food. Prices are slightly higher than others but all dishes are really fresh and well presented. Service is good as well.

Delicious Japanese sushi

This is one of many restaurants in the Japanese chain Hokkaido Sushi. It is in the 4 stars category but I am rating three stars because: It is bad value for the money. Some dishes were nearly twice the price of many other smaller Japanese restaurants while not tasting as good. Going to the bath room guests must take out shoes and put on the shop sandals! This is extremely bad hygiene practice because so many others people put their feet in the same sandals. Germs passed from one set of feet to another. Shop management please look into dropping this requirement as soon as you can. Billing take more steps resulting in unnecessary long waiting time. I appreciate fine dining but the above issues waste guests time and cause inconvenience as well as putting guests health at risk.

My favorite place whenever craving for delicious Japanese food. Not the best, but we have good selection and everyone will definitely have thing they can enjoy here, I took my kid and pregnant wife along and they are very happy with the food. The staffs are friendly and helpful. One note is that they get really crowded in the weekend, so you need to book the table beforehand

I would like to have a little assessment about Hokkaido in Phan Xich Long. Yesterday on 9/10/2020 I and my brother visited Hokkaido PXL, at first we just wanted to eat hot pot and go buy things so I only wore T-shirt and flip-flops. But my brother wanted to go try Hokkaido. And decided to try the Hokkaido PXL Number one: food is unquestionable because the fish is very fresh and delicious Second: the service attitude of the staff is very poor (because I decided to never return to hokkaido pxl again) I am right at the position of the staff who ordered to take the dishes and chopsticks for customers but really no staff take care of your desk. We sat next to us with 2 more brothers and sisters, but we were mostly served (I found it strange that when I went to eat, we were polite and paid for the food I ordered and also VAT properly, but we also served. the service was too bad, probably because I DON'T WEAR A BEAUTIFUL AND TICKETED.First, when the staff served me water, the cupboard was thrown directly on the table, including the sauces and drop-off food on my table. We don't even have any soy sauce and a cup of sauce to eat while the table of the two siblings next door is full. I asked the staff to come to move or no one came to clean the next table, I did not have to say all the dishes, someone came to clean and there was a lot more. In general, I found the service was very poor, so the staff training. and I also have to learn from experience. Hokkaido Sachi is one of my favorite Japanese eateries, but I really have to say this is a high-end restaurant because the price is a bit high, but whatever is here is very delicious and the quality is just looking. Enough money (any money). The chopsticks here are quite cute too. In my opinion, this shop is great and worth going, I do not know how other people judge here but from my opinion Personally as well as understanding, I find it very ok here.

Very bad customer service. Had lunch here on a Saturday on the 2nd floor. The only thing I remember was waiting. Staff kept walking past us and completely ignored our hands waiving and calling for them. I even caught One of the staff showed her frustration from serving another table by clenching her fist when she walked past our table. Towels were not even offered only until we asked for. When we asked for recommendations from the menu, the staff did not show any interest or enthusiasm in answering. Very dissappointed compared to other locations.

Food is great, a bit pricey, service could be more details and customers shouldn't have to ask for things or items that are supposed to be there i.e cold napkins, refill hot tea cup as mentioned by waitress but we have to ask twice. Little things but could make a different and stay ahead of your competition. Just my 2cents
